This is such an embarrassing position. It's getting to him, a bit, even if he won't say a word. It all adds to the feeling, really, and he's curling his fingers into his palms and shifting his hips with each movement of Gintoki's fingers, trying to get more out of it. He'd give this more pause if he wasn't so desperate for more.
