[Zura doesn't have to tell him, the fact that he knows how to do this so well is enough of an indicator. He's done this many times. Sakamoto knows that Zura is disciplined, most likely this isn't something he does daily or very often, but often enough to know what he's doing.

He kisses Zura back as he slides in further, circling faster this time, and punctuating with added pressure to where he feels the space end. As if that weren't enough, he flicks the end of his finger (not too hard) against whatever he can feel.]
